Why Share the Gospel Online?
Now all of you know that members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are constantly reminded and encouraged continually to share the gospel with others. The Church is always looking for the most effective ways to declare our message... may I ask you to join the conversation by participating on the Internet, particularly the New Media, to share the gospel and explain in simple, clear terms the message of Restoration. Most of you already know that if you have access to the Internet you can start a blog in minutes and begin sharing what you know to be true.

General Conference
Wow, what a great conference! I really enjoyed Priesthood session. I look forward to reading the talks in the Conference Issue. I have found that reading the talks helps me remember what the spirit prompted me to do when I first listened to the talk. Please, post a comment about what part of conference you enjoyed the most.

I really enjoyed Elder Ballard's talk about motherhood. It was very inspirational and he said some things I really needed to hear. It's always nice to hear someone support you in your decisions, especially hard ones like being a parent. Other talks that stood out to me were Elder Bednar's and Elder Nelson's. I am also really looking forward to reading over several of the talks.
I really like Elder Bednar's talk. He hit it right on about being casual in your prayers. This has been really hard for me because I am so tired at night that I find myself just repeating the same things. I have noticed that when you take the time to say a slow, thoughtout prayer that you invite the spirit to answer that prayer. I'm excited to read all the talks from Sunday morning because I accidentally slept through the entire session.
It always amazes me that the spirit of conference never changes. We did not have President Hinckly to set the tone, but I could tell that President Monsen was in his rightful place. I loved that he spoke directly to the children. It gave them something to know the Prophet by andt they will always remember that the prophet was told not to touch the dishwasher!
